We are two triathlon fanatics and trainers who get people to achieve stuff they never thought they could even start. Professional trainers with a passion and heart for triathlon.

A husband and wife team with four children. Nationally recognised Performance and Development Triathlon coaches that understand the rigours of training, working and raising a family. Having sampled triathlon events covering all distances around the world we offer experience and sound expertise.

We believe that Triathlon is for everyone, from people just wanting to get fit and meet great people, to the hard core and crazy iron men and women who stop at nothing to reach the finish line.

Train for Life, or Better Yet, for a Triathlon

While it’s great to train to get in shape and to live a fulfilling and healthy life, we think that’s a goal for the faint hearted. Faint hearted because there’s more to you than just living a safe and cozy life, bound within your limits and levels of comfort. Why not train for more. Why not challenge yourself to be more? That’s what training for a triathlon is about. That’s what we do at Tri Life, we challenge you to be more than you think you are. And we do that through thoroughly tested e-training modules that give you all the resources and motivation you need to get started and get going.

Are you a 'get me home', 'get my personal best' or 'this just got real' kinda person?’


Start slow or start fast, but get started. That’s our mantra and one we teach our community to master. For those who want to start slow, we offer the #getmehome beginner programs. A newbie starter package that’s tailor-made. This package is for the beginner training for a Sprint, Olympic or Half Ironman distance triathlon. For people who have very limited knowledge and little triathlon experience. 

Our next package is for those people who have been dabbling in triathlon for some time and seek greater intensity and challenging sessions. We offer the #getmybest programs. This package is for the immediate triathlete training for a Sprint, Olympic or Half Ironman distance. This program assumes you are experienced and have pre-existing knowledge of triathlon and each discipline. 

Our third package is our beast-mode advanced program for those training intensely for a race. Think video analysis, pre and post race briefs, performance mapping, the works! For the hardcore folks we offer #thisjustgotreal monthly program which covers every distance from Sprint to Ironman. The only prerequisite is your willingness to succeed. 

Either way, start slow or start fast….but get started.
