This program will develop you as a runner AND train you for a 10km event. To make the most of this program you should be able to run for about 70 minutes and you may have already completed the #StrideStrong 10km beginner training program.

By following the #Fast&Furious10km intermediate training program you will develop gradually through six training phases with focus on strength, endurance, target race pace practice, VO2 Max and high heart rate sessions, recovery periods and taper week.

The program includes 5 instructional run sessions per week and contains base building runs, drill and technique work, strength, speed, cadence, easy aerobic runs, target race pace workouts, build, negative split and endurance runs. Treadmill alternatives are offered for most workouts.
