Busy lifestyles require maximum flexibility to make sessions happen. This accompanied with a coaches accountability will keep you honest. Your program is designed to fit into your lifestyle and geared to enhance your training effect and performance without overloading your body. This is achieved through your customised programs featuring specific run sessions along with your prescribed run pace and your race day plan and preparation.
NO COMMITMENTS, MINIMUM TERMS OR TIE-INS

Customised training plans
Everyone has their own unique goals and challenges and results that they want to get out of training. We make sure we take the time to listen and then build you a training plan that is just for you.
Never get bored
Every session is different with pre-defined goals. There are 4 - 6 run sessions per week including endurance, aerobic, drill, speed and hill sessions. This can include treadmill workouts and road sessions.

Hints and Tips
Run smarter and harder with expert tips that our customers tell us are worth the program price by themselves. Anything from nutrition, to shoe buying advice to recovery and injury prevention!
Learn with real people
We spend the time getting to know you and your needs and then ensure that you are getting the best from understanding your training via fortnightly one-on-one Skype or phone hook ups. If you have any questions, you can always email your coach directly whenever you want!
