Choosing a Beginner Triathlon Training Program
These are 12 and 14 week programs that are specifically structured for people new to triathlon or who are moving to a new distance. The program takes you through different training sessions and explains everything in clear detail. The program include 2-3 swims, 3 runs and 3 bike sessions per week.
Each session is carefully structured to allow you to push your limits and increase strength, tenacity and efficiency. #getmehome customers get out more from their training and become better athletes.
#getmehome offers programs in Sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman distances. They include brick runs, open water swims and race simulation as you advance.
