Choosing an Intermediate Triathlon Training Program
This program is for established triathletes who want to improve their performance. It’s normal to reach a plateau phase which leads to stagnated performance. This program is meant to help you move out of this plateau and climb higher. With focus on more advanced training giving you the cues you need to push your body to achieve more athleticism.
